§1 General
Your personal data (e.g., name, e-mail address, bank connection) are processed by us according to the regulations of the German privacy right. The following regulations inform you about how ForMyBand collects, processes and uses personal data. This privacy statement refers only to our web pages. If you are linked from our pages to other pages please inform about the privacy policy of those web pages.
§2 Automatic Data Collection
For technical reasons the following data transmitted by your internet browser are collected:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system
- web page from which you attend us (referrer URL)
- the web page you visit
- date and time of your access
- your Internet protocol (IP) address.
This data is stored anonymously, is separated by your personal data and cannot be assigned to a certain person. It is evaluated for statistical purposes to optimise our web site and our offers. The data will be deleted after evaluation.
§3 Inventory data
(1) Your personal data (inventory data) is exclusively used to reason, arrange and conclude the contracts between ForMyBand and the user. Without your explicit approval or without legal basis your personal data is not transmitted to third parties.
§4 Usage data
(1) Your personal data which is necessary for using and accounting our offers (usage data), is used for contract liquidation. This usage data will be deleted after the entire settlement of our remuneration demand. The data will be blocked instead of being deleted, as far as legal or contractual safekeeping periods stand in the way of a deletion.
(2) Profile data entered by the user is stored, e.g., for representation purposes on the user's personal profile. The user can independently decide about how available his/her data should be to other users.
§5 Information about cookies
(1) Cookies are used to recognise multiple visits by the same user. Cookies are small text files which your Internet browser stores on your computer. If the user revisits our page, these cookies enable us to recognise the user. This recognition is based on your IP address stored in the cookie. The so attained information serves us to optimise our offers and to allow you an easier and more comfortable access to our page.
(2) You can prevent saving cookies on your hard disk by choosing “do not accept cookies” in your browser preferences. However, this can restrict our offers to you.
